Corte Trullo Sovrano, included in the TrulloSovrano monumental complex, located in the city centre and surrounded by the scents of the Apulian countryside, will make your stay unforgettable, guaranteeing the elegance and hospitality that only this magical land can give.
Our houses are adjacent to the Trullo Sovrano. They are gently touched by a garden and a large vegetable garden where you can enjoy moments of relax or pleasant food and wine tours. The white lime, the warmth of the stone, depositary of our history, and the traditional care for the decor will warm the hearts of our visitors. The structure has three stoned dwellings, each one with independent bathroom.
The first dwelling, named Suite, consists of three rooms and one of them is the entrance of an ancient Trullo dating back to the 17th Century, inserted in the structure of the Trullo Sovrano. It can be used by handicapped people too.
The second dwelling, named Court, consists of two rooms dating back to the 19th Century. The third dwelling, named Mansarda, consists of a wooden roof room. All dwellings are finely restored and furnished, overlooking the equipped garden. Let yourself pamper by the delicacies of Pasticceria Dulcis, our patisserie offering Bar, Gelateria, Pasticceria and breakfast service. From there, there is a large organic garden available and in every season and offering delicious local fruits and vegetables, coloring and brightening up the garden.
In the shade of the gazebo and of the centuries-old olive tree, a nice part is prepared to let you taste the dishes of the Evo restaurant, our restaurant where you can taste the best Apulian dishes combined with a good DOC local wine.
